Clinic at the Royal Children's Hospital

The Travel Clinic at The Children's Private Medical Group opens on the 26th February 2015 and is a first for Melbourne. It will be staffed by expert paediatricians and supported by a specialist nurse. Vaccines can be administered on the day of your appointment and all family members can be seen. A referral from your child's general practitioner or paediatrician will be required.

The travel clinic specializes in providing vaccine advice for:

  • Family holidays
  • School trips
  • Gap years

to any destination worldwide. This includes BCG vaccine (for tuberculosis protection) for children <5yrs old as well as Yellow Fever vaccine

The clinic also provides specialist advice covering general immunisation queries.

The clinic team includes Dr Nigel Crawford, Dr Teresa LazzaroDr Fiona Russell and Dr Shidan Tosif and Kate Wall RN.
