Professor Winita Hardikar

MBBS, FRACP, PhD, FAASLD

Winita is a paediatric gastroenterologist, Head of the Liver and Intestinal Transplant unit at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne and Honorary Fellow at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.

She has completed her medical training and a PhD at Melbourne University with postdoctoral research studies at Yale University.

She has a busy clinical practice with over 20 years of experience in managing children with liver and bowel disorders.
